Finally! The pergola is finished, which means the hardest part is over! Hooray!

During the staining process, I'm pretty sure I got more stain on me than I did the pergola! It was on my arms, my legs, my face...Hubs says it's just a typical day for me, hah!



We are so glad the pergola is up and finished! Now comes the fun part...building the deck and furnishing it (which is where I come in)! Here are the last few days' work:













There it is!! Once we get the deck built, it will be stained the same color. We already have some bench cushions from Garden Ridge that will go on a built-in corner bench Hubs will build. :) I can't wait to put my interior (exterior?) design touch on it when it's finally complete!
