By now, I'm sure you've seen round one of my sister's maternity photos [if not, consider the hyperlink a not-so-subtle bout of encouragement, hah ;)]. Last night, we shot round two!

If you can't tell, I love, love, love taking photos! Last year for my birthday, Hubs got me this awesome prime lens, so that's what I used for every single one. I hadn't used it a lot since he got it for me because I wasn't sure I could use it to its full potential. A few practice shots on manual mode, and off we went! It's not a zoom lens, so you have to get as close to or as far away from your subject as you want. It's not at all an inconvenience when you see the finished product.
